WILL CALL PROCEDURES
v When does “Will Call” begin?:
Monday, July 1st on all phone and web orders will be placed on “Will Call”
v Where is the “Will Call” Booth located?:
The ‘Will Call” booth is located on the north side of the main Fair entrance located on Riverside Ave. The booth will be clearly identified as “Will Call” for your convenience.
v What do I need in order to pick up my tickets at “Will Call”?
Tickets are placed in will call by name on the ticket order or information entered on the web site.
**A PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO PICK UP “WILL CALL” TICKETS**
Only the person who name appears on the will call envelope will be permitted to pick up the tickets. Please do not send other members of your party or notes with permission for pick up. There are NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!!
We CAN NOT hold tickets for other members of your party who will be arriving later. All tickets will be picked up and you must make your own arrangements with your party for delivery of tickets.
v When will my tickets arrive at will call for pick up?
Web orders: Ticket orders placed on the web site will be available for pick up 24 hours after the day the order was taken.
Phone orders: Ticket orders placed by phone (at the California Mid State phone sales office only) will be available for pick up 24 hours (1 day) after the order was placed. Orders placed through Vallitix must contact Vallitix directly
v What are the hours of the ‘Will Call” Booth:
Will call will be available for pick prior to Fair:
9 am - 5 pm - Monday - Friday
9 am - 4 pm - Saturday - Sunday
Will Call during Fair:
9 am - 9 pm
