Accessible Seating
The management and staff of the INB Performing Art Center are proud to offer a variety of individualized services to our patrons and guests, and are fully committed to help make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.
For wheelchair patrons there are several seating options available in the INB Performing Arts Center. Please be sure to inform your ticket seller at the time of purchase should you wish to consider one of the options for accessible seating including any companion seating arrangements.
Assistive Listening Devices
For patrons with a hearing impairment, Assistive Listening Devices (both loop and earphone) are available on a limited basis. Reserved units will be held until 15 minutes before curtain, after which they will be distributed on a first come basis. To reserve a unit call (509) 279-7000. Devices can be picked up in the Guest Service Office located by the elevator. To check out a device simply leave your diver’s license, credit card, or other identification with the receptionist, and return it after the performance.
Smoking The INB Performing Arts Center complies with the Washington Indoor Clean Air Act which prohibits smoking in all public places as well as 25 feet from any entrance, exit, or ventilation intake at a public place. We thank you for your understanding.
Camera / Video Cameras / Recording Devices The use of cameras, audio recording devices and video recording devices is prohibited at performances at the INB PAC.
Guest cameras brought to a performance for the purpose of audio or video recording will be checked with Guest Services. A claim check will be given for retrieval of the device at the conclusion of the event.
District personnel reserve the right to require that guests immediately check devices that were not detected at the point of entry. Specific events may allow an exception to the policy and allow specific types of recording devices.
Infants Any Guest attending an event at the Spokane Arena, including infants or children intending to sit on a parent's lap, is required to have an event ticket.
In-out privileges Guests are not allowed to exit the building and return during the course of a single ticketed event.
Lost and found Reasonable efforts will be made to return lost or found items in to the rightful owner. In instances where the rightful owner is not located, items will be disposed of according to INB PAC procedures.
Lost Items
Guests who report losing an item shall complete a ‘Lost Item’ form. The form shall contain the contact information of the guest, a description of the item, date/time lost, location lost. These forms are available at Guest Services, our administration offices at 720 W. Mallon Ave. or the 24 hour security office at the the INB PAC.
