Overview
Since being built from scratch in 1958, Avista Stadium has gained a reputation locally, regionally and nationally as a terrific setting for minor league baseball and a great place for all baseball fans to enjoy a game. Located next to the Spokane Interstate Fair Grounds, Avista Stadium has plenty of FREE PARKING, and an inviting atmosphere for fans of all ages.
The Spokane Indians are the short season Class "A" affliate for the Texas Rangers organization, and have a reputation of being the place where many future major league baseball stars got their start, including Cy Young winner Zach Grienke, and All Stars Ian Kinsler and Carlos Beltran, as well as having 14 current Major League Baseball players. Spokane has also been the home to Baseball Hall of Famers, Stan Coveleski, George Kelly, Duke Snider, Don Sutton, Hoyt Wilhelm, and Tommy Lasorda.
The Indians look forward to seeing you this year at the ball park!
