Dante's is located in the heart of Downtown Portland's thriving entertainment district. The club was opened in February of 2000 in a turn-of-the-century building which has previously served as—among other things—a brothel, a flop-house, a punk rock club, a speak-easy, and a gambling den.
Featuring a classic, dark, and lush atmosphere with award-winning pizza and a much-lauded bar, Dante's has played host to a wide variety of artists, from regional talents to internationally-renowned stars. Rest assured, it's never a dull night at Dante's.
