Rules/FAQ
When do doors open for a concert?
Times will vary depending on the specific needs for each artist or show. Typically doors will open 1 hour prior to the performance, but exact information can be attained by calling our box office at 1-800-808-5940.
Can I bring cameras into the concert or athletic event?
Each artist or performance has the right to dictate audio, video and camera usage. Please check your specific show by calling our box office prior to your arrival. MSU Bobcat athletic events welcome the use of cameras.
Will I be able to leave the concert and re-enter?
In most cases the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse adheres to a strict “No Re-Entry” policy. Prior to leaving any performance with the intention of re-entering, please check with an usher or ticket-taker before exiting.
Is there an ATM inside of the Fieldhouse?
Yes, there is an ATM located in the West Lobby of the Fieldhouse. Please note the ATM is within the venue, so a valid show ticket to the event will be required to access the West Lobby. No ATM is currently available at the Bobcat Football Stadium.
What should I do if I lost my tickets?
All tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, please take care to store your tickets in a safe location after purchase. Season ticket holders with specific issues should contact our box office for additional help.

Where is the handicapped seating located?
