Will Call:
For Capitol Theatre events Will Call opens at 11am the day of the performance. Patrons must present a valid form of identification.
General Rules:
The Washington State Clean Indoor Air Act prohibits smoking anywhere in the facility.
Fire Codes mandate that everyone in the Theatre must have a ticket, even small children.
Please do not bring food, cameras, cell phones, pagers, or recording equipment into the Theatre and be sure to check that watch alarms are turned off.
Children: Productions at the Capitol Theatre are generally suitable for children ages 8 and up. As a courtesy to others in the audience, please – no babes in arms.
Miscellaneous:
Free Listening Systems for use in the auditorium are offered for Hearing Impaired patrons. Sit any where and enjoy enhanced sound quality with a listening system utilizing “FM” transmission. To request this lightweight earphone unit and small belt pack call the Box Office for details or see an usher prior to the performance.
Refreshments are available in both the mezzanine and in the Robertson Room during intermission. Food and drink are not allowed in the auditorium at any time.
What to Wear? Attire generally varies from nice, casual clothes to formal wear.
The lost and found department is located in the theatre. Check with an usher or phone the Box Office at 853-2787 during weekday hours.
An elevator designed for our handicapped patrons is available for travel between the Orchestra Level and the Lower Level only.
Tours: We love to show our Theatre. To arrange for a free tour, call the Administrative Office during regular business hours. Advance notice is appreciated.
