Entrances/Elevators For your convenience, push button activated doors are located at the Northeast and Southeast Arena entrances. For most events, please use the Northeast Main Entrance. This will put you on the main Concourse Level. There is an elevator to transport persons with disabilities to the Event Level.
Guest Services Facilities
- Every concession and novelty stand is equipped with sections of 34" high counters for convenient use by guests in wheelchairs.
- The Spokane Arena has Assistive Listening Devices available at Guest Assistance located near the Northeast Main Entrance.
- There are four accessible drinking fountains on the Concourse level and one on the Event Level.
Disabled Seating There is a wide variety of disabled seating available. Designated seating for wheelchair users or disabled guests and companions/families is available at every ticket price. For disabled seating please call (800)325-SEAT and an agent will get you seats set aside for this purpose.
Public Restrooms All public restrooms are accessible. There are five "family" restrooms provided to accommodate disabled individuals with a companion. These also serve adults with small children requiring assistance.
Telephones There are four accessible telephone locations on the Concourse Level. At the Northeast quadrant location on the Concourse Level there is a text-type telephone for hearing impaired individuals. Outside the Northeast Main Entrance, a single accessible telephone is provided. At the Event Level one accessible telephone is provided.
Event Information For Spokane Arena information, please call 509.324.7000. If an event is sold out, all disabled seating will be available for purchase to the public. If the show is not sold out, tickets in disabled seating areas will be available for general public purchase up to 1/2 hour before the event. If you need disabled seating accommodations, be sure to communicate your special needs to the ticket agent.
